I have noticed that my stomach gets hard when I sleep ,,it is gradually getting worse, I should also mention that my hands get pins and needles when I sleep. I think this is all from an autonomic dysfunction ...when I sleep something weird is happening ,,,I am very scared and also worried this can happen to my heart. Thoughts?
