Default Update on bad fall - second opinion

Thanks to all who responded to my question re: my passing out twice and falling. I really hurt my back the second time.
I did get a second opinion from a pain management specialist (finally) and he thinks it is all muscular related as I have such severe fibro which is triggered of easily - just touching me. He recommends TPI and anti infl. and muscle relaxants. I trust him very much. He does not feel there is a need for an MRI as I have no other symptoms except the back pain in the lumbar area. I can actually feel the trigger points. However, I still need someone to address why I passed out. Perhaps it was the combo of meds. Yet I take the same ones all the time. Maybe I got up too quickly or something. Who know. Thanks to all who showed concern and gave me advice. I am still in pain but the level is a bit lower now. Very frustrating as I have difficulty turning, sitting, cannot bend hardly at all. Can just about brush my teeth. Hope this subsides. However, from experience I know that once an area is triggered off it is never the same.
Thanks to all for your concern and replies to my thread.
