I'm a bit late to this conversation but i've had my feet cramp so bad that I thought my toes were trying to touch my heal.

I take Baclofen but that doesn't help when the cramping gets to this level. I have to pull my toes and then try to flatten my foot out pn the floor. Yes, sometimes I scream while doing this...more often than not.

Hugs to all!
I understand your pain.
Abbie

Default Hi Abbie

So sorry your toes are cramping. I have a thing that may work for you. I take soma, another muscle relaxer when this happens. I also lightly wrap my foot in an ace bandage with a lidoderm patch under it, cut up around my toes, and where the ankle really hurts. This stops the toes from cramping up. 9 out of 10 times, this really works. Have a good night tonight, no cramping....ginnie

I wish it were my toes that were cramping. It is actually the arch of my foot. My Dr. Has tried to prescribe Soma a couple of times but my insurance refuses to pay for it and since I have no income I cannot afford it. It's just one of those things about RSD that I have to live with....oh well, I can live with it. I've lived with worse.

Gentle hugs,
Abbie

Default Hi Abbie

What about lidoderm patch applied to the arch? It couldn't hurt to try it. I don't like peeling them off however. I sure wish there was some solution that would help you. ginnie
