I am new to this forum and have allmthe info very helpful so thanks! It is also a great comfort to know I am not alone.

I fracture my right ankle and have developed RSD. It has gotten much worse, with many more frequent "flare ups". Over the past few months whenever a cough, sneeze, yawn or become startled, i immediately get a very painful stabbing pain in my affected foot.

Does anyone have this symptom?

Yes it's common. The pain centre of the brain gets scambled and misinterprets signals so that even nice ones can be transmitted to the RSD site as painful ones.
Before it started in my legs every time my heel hit the floor it sent a wave of pain through my hand When I sneeze it's a struggle to stop it turning into a scream

It really amazes me how these little innocent things (coughs, sneezes, etc) can cause such ridiculous pain. Happens to me...too though after several years of RSD I have gotten used to it. Vibrations and certain kinds of noises can even send me into flares.

I thought my leg pain was related to exercise. My first case was age running stairs. Thought Shin Splints, however haven't done anything lately. Pain continues to the point of passing out at times. Now, I've learned this could be symptom of elevated B12. Help!!!

so far the only thing that has helped reduce severity is Hyland's Leg Cramp formula which I picked up at health food store out of desperation.

There are a range of things we are hypersensititive( in my case ultra-hypersensititive) to, not all of us have all of them and they can change or come and go.
Touch my spread was caused by the use of a sensitivity pin 4 ins outside the affected area. Started in both legs after my grandson trod on my toes.
Heat Touch of a sunray makes my arm feel as if its been dipped in petrol and set on fire. Hot day is also bad
Wind slightest breeze feels like a 60mph hurricane ripping past my arm. Even someone walking by within a couple of feet causes pain from the disturbed air they create
Cold if there is the slightest chill in the wind arm turns instantly to ice and the shivers from it are so painful.
Vibration. Bump or hole in the road wife braking or accelerating causes pain
Rain drops feel like sulphuric acid so does a shower.
Sound luckily I don't have this but to some a slightly raised voice is agony
