Default Looking for Chicagoland Dr

I'm looking for a specialist in the Chicagoland area to get a proper diagnosis. I feel like I have a ton of symptoms for CRPS. I'd like to get treatment in a timely manor but would like someone who really knows how to treat this. Any ideas?
