Well, I usually wait until before bedtime to take the meds. for pain that make me sleepy. So, I guess it's complicated for me too.
I'm usually the best after sleep, but dang I've been sleeping so much 9+ hrs! Is that the meds?
This disease does not always have much of a pattern for me, it's so frustrating!
