Default Getting better

Hey everyone,

Just thought I'd give you a heads up. I'm still struggling but am feeling better. I didn't end up going to a counselor but I think I'm okay with that. My fiancé, has been sooo wonderful, supportive and kind. Letting me cry or talk things out. The poem I wrote helped me get out a lot of feelings. I know I will still have bad days, but they aren't as bad.

I think the antidepressant they put me on is helping a lot. More it's been really great to have another sounding board here. THe extra support and empathy is helpful. I also appreciate you all making my feelings feel valid.

Thanks to you all. I'm sure I'll still need to vent out my grief, and am still very sad, but it helps to know I can come here and get some much needed support
