If you react well to steroids, this would be a good time to start a course.
I've been rear-ended a few times since diagnosis. Last time, I had a massage a few days after, then the next week, and it helped significantly. Gently stretching from yoga, tai chi, or swimming can be helpful as well. Take 2 baths a day with Epsom salts if needed. Use Lidoderm patches as needed. I'm paranoid of being rear ended and always leave lots of room to pull forward now to escape the idiots that seem to not understand what a red light means! |

Oh TK so sorry about the accident!! I've not been hit, so no advice there.
Maybe contact the SCS Rep. and Dr. who did your implant? OMG, you're the last person who should have to deal with this! Don't even get me started on people playing with their phones and driving!!! Should be a huge crime!! |
