Default mineral bath

i apologize for forgetting whose post it was, but someone posted about using a mineral bath from walmart and it helped (i don't know why i didn't reply while i was on the right thread, but i didn't and now i can't find the right thread).

the mineral bath MIGHT contain epsom salts.....we've had several people here and on the old forum who swore by epsom salts baths for pain relief....if it is an ingedient, it might be a whole lot cheaper to just buy plain epsom salts and use that.......tho i have confess that if it were my choice, i'd go with the stuff that smells pretty!
