I'm sorry about your rough day. I would ask the doctor if they can draw blood from a part of your body that doesn't have rsd in it. My dr told me that needles should not be stuck in rsd parts of my body. (this includes accupunture needles, which I was told about after the fact). It could aggravate rsd. Well, I hope you feel better tomorrow. Take care.

I had my yearly blood work drawn last week. I told the Tech. that I have RSD and could only use my left arm and that she HAD to use a pediatric needle. She was fantastic and you COULD NOT tell that any blood was drawn .I thanked her over and over . She never asked what was RSD, so I can only assume that she knew of it. Oh By the way , I am a vERY difficult "stick " as well. She just said to me that I knew my body better than anyone. Guess was just my lucky day. God bless her! Carol
