Yes, and it comes and goes several times throughout the day. It can be a very pronounced and strong deep bone ache and/or decreased sensation (but not anesthesia) of the fingers, intermittent sweating and occasional blotchiness. It all started from a shoulder arthroscopy gone wrong.

Yes, I have it in both hands from multiple hand surgeries. The symptoms can be different for each person and can last differently for each person. You may never find an exact match to what you have, but it doesn't mean you don't have it either. Mine started with constant pain, throbbing, swelling, tingling feelings, then one day my hands felt like they were on fire and they would get ice cold....it would come and go...sometimes days in between symptoms until it was constant. I still have it in both hands and no place else, except a smidge up in my wrists. I am sure there are symptoms I am forgetting because My whole nightmare started back in 2006 (not with RSD) but with surgeries!

I have RSD in my left hand and arm. It has spread up my arm, neck and shoulder. I was injured in 2002, but not diagnosed for four years after multiple surgeries. I don't have a wrist anymore due to bone fusion and carpelectomy. Good Luck, Lisa

Almost the same here except it's now taking over my entire left side. Had head trauma too and found out through a CAT Scan that I also have degenerative cerebral atrophy which is reeking havoc with my balance and motor skills...
