Default Naughty body

Well my balance is so bad, I had another bad fall, and my 2nd concussion of the year. Well, my knee has some ligament tears. So I need a scope. It's the worse leg. Worried. Already downing vitamin C. Also having to have a trigger thumb release. I write for a living. Next, I was found to have in absencia (sp?) seizures. Finally, two huge blows. I was dxed with ms several months ago then the dr changed her mind saying I couldn't have an MRI. Well, I'm on new insurance and the new dr looked at my past history, family hx, and optic probs and ep tests and immediately said ms. So we are looking at the best option to hopefully put ms in remission while not flaring RSD/crps. There was also talk of ALS because of an emg. Was that ever linked to RSD?! I am also fighting bladder issues, (ic, kidney stones, infections, etc), I'm still keeping documentation of my pain since the car wreck because of the thoracic stimulator going nuts. Not the cervical. So weird!! Anyway, if you are new welcome! I used to check in a lot, but pain has been terrible and complications galore lol. I'm still swimming 3 days a week, modifying for my knee. They're all impressed with my positive attitude. I said, well I could cry, but it won't change so take it, and deal with it. Anyway that's my crazy update!

Hi tkaywade and welcome back! I remember you from a while ago when you were posting...

Sorry you've been going through the mill so much lately. It never ceases to amaze me how much crap can land on one person's plate in such a short time All those complications, and particularly the diagnosis of MS, must have completely freaked you out. I hope your doctors can get control of things and help you quickly.

Well done on the vitamin C preparation, and on the pain diary to help your docs and yourself. Positive attitude is putting it mildly! I am full of admiration, you are one strong and determined gal and you'll get through this time...

Keep posting when you can and let us know how you get on. It's great to have you back, although I'm sorry it's not with better news.

I'll be thinking of you

Bram.

HI TK!!!!! I have been thinking about you! Thanks for the update. It is great to see you back here, but so sorry for the complications you have been having and the diagnosis of MS. I am sure this has all been stressful to say the least.

Bram is right, your positivity and determination is admirable! Please keep us posted and take care!
