Default Lack of Appetite anyone?

I literally do not remember the last time I had an appetite. Does anyone else have this problem? I have breakfast (cereal) and if I never ate for the rest of the day I would be fine. I don't get hungry ever. I have my mom constantly saying "Are u gonna eat?" I either give her *the look* or the usual speech "How can I eat when I'm in pain?" I would like to enjoy my food and how can I . I guess I would have an appetite if I cook but I can't do that either.

Does anyone else have appetite problems?
Thanks!
Heather

I am pretty much in the same boat. One meal a day is all I crave. Probably cause the meds make me feel bloated. At least I'm cheap to feed... LOL

Default So Hard

To force yourself to eat. I prefer to eat only when I'm hungry otherwise my gut may decide it does not care to be force fed and erupt without much warning Many of my coworkers do not understand this in any way shape or form. My mother does not accept this and tends to bring food to my work place. My weight loss and gain tends to concern people. Such is our lives

Yep ive lost 20lbs and not a healthy 20lbs. We are trying to figure out though if its my 1 anti seizure med since it can cause weight loss. But im just not hungry. I have only been able to eat once a day, late at night and then only eat half the portions I used to eat. I used to eat ALOT and that's what throwing everybody off because of how much I used to eat and to see me barely eat now and see the weight loss, everybody questions it. even my SIL who I haven't seen in awhile today commented saying she hadn't seen me eat in the 8hrs they were here today. It gets annoying, but I also know it isn't healthy eather and we got to figure out what the source is.

Before getting this disorder I was a nice healthy 125# of muscle. In the 10 yrs since getting it I have gone down to 100# then back up. I usually stay at 114, and no its not muscle. I haven't had a good appetite in all this time except when I'm pregnant, and little one number 2 is my last. I do drink the Boost Plus everyday which gives me some nutrients but im just not hungry. Even without being on a treatment I just am not hungry. I'm Southern and for me to turn down food or only take a bite or 2 and then be done is not me. I love good food. Heck I've been using my son's little bowls because I eat just about the same as he does. I can go a week without the mention of food.

I think I eat more too moosey and I have to be very careful or I put on weight quickly now. I've gained a stone since having this. Which in 3 years isn't bad considering how much my activity levels have changed snd hiw much I want to eat!!

I think it's the meds messing with out systems, one way or the other...

Bram.
