Default Foods and Juicing?

Hi Everyone,

I have really worked on trying to change my diet. I've been eating alot of fruits, vegetables and fish that are not prediators. What I would't give for a bread roll and butter.

Well anyway, I bought a power juicer. Does anyone else use one? Mine is on the shelf collecting dust. But I have heard their can be some real health benefits to using one. Does anyone have any recipes? Hugs, Roz
