It truly was a difficult fight and I am so glad that I kept going on it and didn't throw thousands away on a lawyer! They called me on Thursday and I had the money in my account on Saturday :D

I got a call late yesterday from the long-term department and they are approving benefits too!! Actually he said he was aproving it and needed his supervisor to sign off on it, which he didn't expect any problems. He is calling me back hopefully today to confirm, etc.

What a RELIEF!!!! :yahoo:
