Oh moosey, if you're still awake I wish you weren't for your sake.
deep breathing, relaxing meditation, burning pain please go away.

I hope you got at least a little sleep moosey...so sorry it's stopping you sleeping, the pain is bad enough without having to lie awake with it

I did the opposite, fell asleep fairly quickly but woke very early with my foot still burning up. Drives you mad.

Take care of yourselves everyone, and moosey - not long to go now, hang in there

Bram.

I'm sorry...had one of these nights myself the other day. I had an entire year of almost ZERO sleep every night where I would sleep for 10-15 minutes at a time then be up for an hour or more...it was AWFUL. One thing I will say for tDCS is that it definitely got my sleep patterns back in order. I still have off nights but generally get 6-8 hours of sleep a night and that made a HUGE difference in my ability to function day in and day out.

Hope you got some sleep and that tomorrow is a better day/night for you. Take care.
