Default Best bed to buy for CRPS?

Mine is in my feet mostly. I'm working on getting a pain pump. We need a new bed and I finally can get one (my medical malpractice suit finally settled). We have a basic mattress right now, with springs. I sat on a few the other day, but didn't really spend time in there as DH was only getting coffee next door to the store, and the salesguy was creepy.

There were a few I felt I couldn't get out of on bad days. I know when I get the pump I'll have to kind of roll out of bed for a while (I assume). I think I need to stay with the spring kind and a pillow top. Do any of you have any good or bad experiences with memory foam or latex? I'm not sure if it would be good for my body or not. I am a side sleeper, DH on his back.

I'm going to go out to this company and look at their beds:

They're chemical free, which I think it a really good thing to use with the CRPS. There are a few other places that sell mattresses that don't have so many chemicals, but this place is close-ish and not a horrible price for what it is.

I'm stopping by Ikea this weekend, their mattress doesn't have the big bad chemical, but still has some.

Getting a sheet set is going to be just as bad of an issue, trying to find something that is soft and that I like.
