Default Has anyone heard of Pinga? For chronic pain

It is meditation with or without their audio which is free on their website. Worth a try I think. Has you drink 64 oz. of water a day and eat fruit with every meal. Wish I had seen it a month ago. Takes 30 days or less. It says when in chronic pain your body doesn't produce enough healing hormones (which are opiates produced by your pituitary gland and hypothalamus) pinga triggers these glands to produce more pain-fighting hormones, enough to blot out most chronic pain forever. With no drug related side effects. There are 3 different recordings to listen to 3x a day for 15 mins each. Can do while sitting or laying down (in a car ect.). Says the first few times may cause you to fall asleep and I did!!! May be worth it for that alone!!! It explains it all. If anyone goes through with the 30 days let me know. It is totally free. Www.pingapaincontrol.com/files/starter kit.pdf to read about
www.pingapaincontrol.com for free audio tapes one explains about it, the last 3 listed on that page are the 15 mins sessions. One guy was crippled with rsd in his foot and was walking again after just a couple of weeks. He has been pain free for 15 years. Read a post from suett778 on this site dated 01/19/2012
