Well....RSD? Same old...same old. Ups and downs. But I'll never give in to it. What gives me the most problems is the meds I think. I'm off to see my PM doc today, in fact. Got some ?'s for him today. I'm having gastro problems...is this med related? Hmmm.

I've done some major life style changes as my cholestrol went dangerously high. I lost about 60lbs. Yipee! I'm looking pretty good...but my intestinal track and body cried uncle last week and my doctor made me take trip via ambulance to ER as I was awfully sick. Still having belly pain even though I'm resting. Oh well... laffs.

My babies are the best in the Pacific! They are doing just fine.

Check in later...I'm must get some work done....and I must log off in order to do that.

Dana, Hi!

Yes! You'll find we've missed you..your name has already been taken in vain; we needed the keeper of the grass skirts

So sorry to hear about the stomach trouble; had ulcer problems all year, still not quite right - I had no idea how much it affects your whole wellbeing. I truly sympathize.

But you're still working and soldiering on, it appears. You've always been a trouper!

So glad to hear from you, I thought I had your email, but can't find it, anyway. We need to get hold of whoever it was who did the Christmas lists with all the old members' addresses. Can't remember..Ginger? Tigger? Tiggerz?...anyway, great that *YOU* are here.

Missed you, all the best.

Dana it is so good to hear from you. I have asked about you so many times from emilys gramma, still refered to you as ms. sausage toe though not that the event was funny just the name. You always have the best sense of humor and advice when someone is down, glad to see you here. Hope you are doing well. Jewells

Jewells,
Ms. Sausage Toe w/ the grass skirt reporting for duty. Darn toe...I'm relieved it's been behaving itself lately.

Artist, it was Gigglebabe who has coordinated the Christmas Card swap each year.

Claudia, I'm going back to the internist today. How long can somebody be on clear liquids, no food and resting the bowel? Lost 3lbs in a week. That's ridiculous. PM doc said that I should not stop or reduce my clonidine because my BP is going low at times. BP problems are gastro/diarrhea. By reducing my clonidine I'd only cause my RSD pain to increase even higher than it is now . And considering he can't treat my RSD pain right now...ie: give me a SGB. Because of my BP problems, I'm in a pickle. He's suggested not to decrease clonidine but to sip Ensure & drink lots of Gatorade.

More later....

Hi Dana,

Good to see you back. AMbulance??? Sounds very serious. They dont do that for nothing.

I am having the upper GI problems with a lot of pain.

It is not from meds tho, even tho the GI doctor said it was from antiinflammatories, I hadn't taken any for almost a year. Doctors don't listen sometimes.

I lost 20 pounds. Lots of stomach pains.
I sure hope you feel lots better really soon. Did any of the stomach meds help you? They did nothing for me.
What would help me is for w comp to start letting me get my care and disability payment (hate to sound like a broken record). I needed to vent and kidnapped your post to do it......sorry.

You must be ready to put on your hula skirt and do a dance for us now that you've lost all that weight !! lol

Soo glad you finally made it here. We are almost complete. Do you know how to reach Condor? We have our feelers out for Vic. So sorry to hear of what you have been going through as of late. Just know that you have us to help pull you through it. You can talk to any of us whenever you feel you need to privately or otherwise. I have now establish some sincere true friendships on here that I know I can call on during my times of need. Deb has become such a dear dear friend. She has helped me through soo much. I do not know what I would have done without her, I mean I have folks around me here at home but none that understand or choose to not understand my RSD/CRPS, Well enough blabbing for now. Just makes me feel good that you are back. Chin up my friend.

Mark

Default So glad your here....and so sorry I "poofed". Feel rotten about it...

Dana!

Man oh man...am I glad to see you!

You wouldn't believe how many attempts at an email I have to you in my computer.....the latest one already 4 pages long (REGULAR sized font, mind you), all trying to explain my latest "poof" I pulled.....

I only got back on line in the last week or so. Actually, at about the time of my first post here. It has been...well....a very hard, ruff Summer. I am sorry that I haven't not been a very good friend. It seems that I am forever apologizing to you for that (and now in public...but you deserve that much from me..and much, much more!). I just don't seem to be able to get motivated to turn on the computer or do much of anything else, when I fall into a bad depression...and that is what happened this Summer after everything went on with my Grandpa.

I am trying to decide now if I should nix the already LOOONG (and fairly b**thy email..not at you, but about things that happened) email and start over, just to hurry up and get something off to you...or if I should plug away and finish the Novel that we both know it will probably turn out to be no matter what I do?

Whatever it is, I am going to do it tonight, since the kids are both gone. Jay is at an out of town Football game, and I won't be hearing from him to pick him up until sometime around Midnight...and Meghan is WORKING (yes..I have lots to tell you about..so much went on during everything else that went on this Summer). And won't be getting home until sometime after 11pm (probably closer to midnight).

There is so much more that I will say...but I wanted to make sure to tell you as SOON as I saw your post here, how HAPPY I am that you got here! I love you and miss you...and am so sorry that I am such an awful friend.

Love and ((hugs))
Jose the Horrid.
