Default burning around my eyes

Has anyone else had burning around their eyes? It is getting worse. My RSD started after right carpel tunnel surgery Oct. 4th 2013. The burning is worse around my eyes than my right arm. My vision has also seems worse. I have bilateral shoulder and bilateral arm burning. since mid November my Neurontin has been increased from 300mg a day to 1800mg a day and I am still burning. I finally got a referral to a pain management doctor. It is 1/29. I am also getting a second option with another neurologist the 28th just so I have two in case one is not in on a day I may need one. Most in my area work 4 days a week.I think he may order a nerve block of some sort. I had to ask for a referral!!!! So very frustrated.

Hey murgir! Sorry you are having problems with your eyes. Have you checked the side effects of Neurontin? Your vision has worsened and your dosage has been increased, it could be a side effect and worth checking out. I cannot take Neurontin because I had awful side effects and reactions to it.

I have RSD in the right side of my face and have eye problems. swelling, extra goopy, blurred vision, etc....I know it is not from meds since I do not take anything.

I hope your eye issues is simply a problem with the meds and not something more serious!!

Hope you get some relief soon and that your appointments go well! Keep us posted!!

Please keep us updated to what your second opinions have to say. My eyes don't burn but I do have blury vision at times...
I went to Lyrica because Neurotin didn't even work for me...
