Default I slept late!

Okay, it was unbroken sleep but still, I managed to keep going back to sleep which is amazing. My husband had gone out in the morning and when he called to tell me he was on his way home, not only did he wake me up, he woke me from a dream! I was actually dreaming!

So, the nortriptyline is helping me sleep. The side effects are still rough but the sleep is so welcome.

On a funny note, when my husband called me he asked why I was so sleepy. Ummm...yeah. I think he was trying to ask if I had been awake all night.

Yea for sleep is right. A good nights sleep can sure help with handling chronic pain! No doubt about it. It's critical.

I take trazodone (desyrel) to help me sleep. As the old saying goes...."whatever gets you through the night"

I was not so lucky last night but I still slept a bit better than before the new pills. I just hope the side effects dissipate.
