I set up and continually monitored a series of positivity controls. Split them into physical, mental, and spiritual segments. Some of them are briefly summarized in a response I made in another thread here. I also wrote a 30 page summary of my story (with pictures and video, etc) but the current version comes off arrogant and self-absorbed:o Working on that...

Almost unbelievably, I am in much better health now than I was before RSD. I believe this is primarily due to a focus on cause and effect, with the emphasis on cause. I believe that the physical world is an effect of our consciousness and not the other way around.

I do have some lingering numbness on the dorsum of my right foot and the webbing between my big & index toe (deep peroneal nerve). This has gradually subsided.

The biggest key for me was setting up a reality where RSD did not exist. I started this by doing what I describe in the thread I recently started called "Something to Think About."

Thanks for asking!:)

Hi Gordie,
I used DSMO 70% with 30% aloe vera cream. DO not use industrial DSMO on your body. You can buy DSMO on line for around 15 bucks a jar. It is a natural anti-infamitory and one of the other great benefits? It's a drug transporter for topical applications. A Compounding Pharmacy can provide it too with a script. Before I got a topical ketamine script I made my own topical using DSMO and 5% licocaine ointment and diclofenac gel for burning skin pain. DSMO can be used alone and is really good for the acute stage of RSD when their is swelling and vascular issues. Why not ask your doctor to prescribe a compounded topical medication for you? I'll provide a link you can look at for the different types of combos typically used that you can discuss with your doctor too. http://www.drugsandthings.com/PainManagement.aspx I also get DSMO on line at ihealthtree.com search DSMO cream, rose scented 4 oz. Hope that helps. You can use DSMO in compounded pain meds instead of Lidoderm if you want too.

Thank you all for your reply's and very interesting they are too, I'm picking the cream up tomorrow and am going to ask the chemist his thoughts on it. I will let you know how i get on with it as the crps is in both my hands and i had to stop the capsicum cream because of the nature of the cream itching nose, touching face going to toilet and forgetting the consequences.

Take care G
