Talking First Day of Spring...

Let's do this! I'm so ready to get away from winter weather!! We will hit near 70 degrees today and I think snow tomorrow lol. For the next few months the Rockies can get all four seasons in a day.

That bright round thing in the sky is hurting my eyes LOL. It is sunny and 63 here. It will be a little warmer tomorrow and 75 Saturday...then it drops again. Tuesday another possible snow storm is coming. Hopefully that is the last of the winter. I wish I could just sit out in the sun and soak it in. If I do, then other problems develop. I am allergic to the sun (surprise, surprise) I will break in a rash all over if I am in the sun for longer than just a couple minutes. Definitely allergic, not a side effect from meds (since I don't really take anything and that was ruled out). But I can open the blinds and enjoy if from my recliner,, which I am doing right now

Luckily I'm blocked from most of the snow storms by the Blue Ridge Mnts. but one of my meds does something to where I can't soak in the sunshine ether.
I'm lost in a quandry...

We're having spring in Utah, and have been for weeks! This is the first time since I moved here 8(ish) years ago that we've actually had spring. Usually we just jump right into summer. I'm getting ready to get the covers off my mint plants and see if they lived. I'm excited.

I'm allergic to the heat, took me a while to figure out it was the heat and not the sun. Totally sucks not being about to be outside in the summer! I used to love laying out in the grass to read in the afternoons. Oh well, probably bugs anyway. The AC is probably more comfortable, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I am so happy it's Spring too Vrae and everyone! I used to be a beach baby, but can't go out in sun anymore. I blister so easily now since I've had rsd. But I get my big umbrella out and sit in the shade. I love the outdoors. Today I wore a shortsleeved top and crop pants and sandals. It was about 40 degrees here in NJ and I was freakin' freezing, but I didn't care. I needed to celebrate the first day of Spring. Goodbye old man winter. Don't let the snowy door hit you on the way out. lol.

I hope you are wrong about that temp for tomorrow Nanc.

If it is above 80 I will be inside all day. I keep it around 69 to 70 and sometimes my body is still to hot. It's not the sun, it is the heat.

Oh well, hope you are doing better this evening Nanc and your day went well.

Hate to break it to you krow, but tomorrow they are now calling for a high of 82!! I hate the heat. But I cannot have it as cold as 69 or 70, the cold makes me hurt worse.

I kinda had a rough day. My face is flared up more this week, especially today. Hope you are doing well today!
