Thanks Lottie for caring so much. I'm trying to stay calm today, but I think I did eat some foods that I shouldn't have yet. The brochure the dr gave me said I could eat whatever I wanted after surgey,but I noticed on the post surgery papers that I should eat light like jello the first few days after surgery. I didn't read that part closesly enoutgh and though I didn't have bacon I did eat ice cream. I will havae to stop that for a while. The milkj seems to calm the burning down, but I will have to eat lighter for a while and talk to my gastroendrologist (sp?) on mond. Thanks so much for your great advice and caring. I am sorry I can't type too well today. My fingers on my right hand are so stiff and my rsd wirist hurts alot today. Thanks again for being such a good friend. I hope you are doing okay. Oh so true! Thanks Lottie. I gave up dairy first after my surgery as my gerd had been going on for 2 years. I am very sick with dairy.. and heavy,oily food. It wasn't a loss when I realized how much better I feel.:)

I know it will take time specially if you a previous stomach related issue,gerd,ulcers all kind of stuff because we are with crps is makes scare more,be patient and call after hour md if you have one,here in Cali many medical groups have after hour system which gave you the import unity to page an on call md for advise,try,sometimes all stuff happens on late Friday,I hate d
That's but keep the positive attitude,thanks for thinking on me and keep motivating me and make me understand you have acid issue well I do too but still I rather have the surgery and add extra pills for acid reflux than continue with more pain also now here in California ,long beach and surrounding areas dealing with an earthquake 5.1 magnitude,I was in one back on 1986 5.7 and 2001 7.6 real scary but before I was able to run or walk fast,now needs to implement new plans in case I can't be able to move quick enough,so I'm nervous in all senses for any reason possible,but I keep my prayers on your health and hope you feel better soon, keep been patient let you mind and body know you still in control,relax,breathe,meditate every night I listen Tibetan singing bowls for almost the whorl night,that relax me even if I can't sleep too much I'm still able to relax tried is in you tube I tried to post the link but I guess because of the earthquake all system are jam,no doubt,still pending in your recovery,talk too you soon,we are all ok here.
