Grin I could fry an egg on my hand today...

which is maybe just as well since I'm on my tod tonight.

New cripsy cooking techniques? Simply hold egg in hand until cooked through.

My left hand has cold burning issues. My chest and back have the heat issue.
Either condition seems to flare up when trying to do something involving anything physical...

I get the same burning with my hands and feet sometimes when I don't feel well or when I overdo it. When that happens, I try to rest and take an extra pan pill which my dr okay'd. I hope you feel better soon. With love, Renee.

Oh Kim,

I'm so sorry this is happening to you! I understand what you mean because it's an analogy I use often myself... "hot, crispy could fry an egg..."Basically OWWWCH" If I am upset emotionally, so then my sympathetic nerves are firing. The best thing I do is to focus on sending a gentle cooling breath to my arms/hands; it is meditation.

You know, I think between all of us here today we could provide enough electricity and heat to cook a thousand meals every night for eternity... Maybe it sounds stupid, but I think often of what I would do if I could use all of this electrical heat and painful energy for good, and that is my thought. Someone may as well benefit from the pain I suffer!

I pray for your pain relief... and a normalizing hand, dear.

Hana

I failed to say that I hope you feel better quick Kim! I am literally feeling your pain more and more in my arms. It has moved in like crazy to my right arm and hand now. <sigh> Everything I pick up feels super heavy. My arm feels like I've worked it out at the gym for DAYS. And burn.. oh yeah. I am having to watch myself as not to guard it. The mouse and this typing stuff after a full day... oh boy. Anyway.. my point, I hope you're doing better soon!
