Just found out on a date that my muscle spasms and nerve twitching are finally noticable.. I have had rsd since 2006. I knew my muscles and nerves twitched when I was tired but it was never noticable till now.. SO lost on what to do now..

Don't worry about them being noticeable - every person you'll ever meet has all kinds of "weird" stuff going on (not saying what you're dealing with is any cakewalk BTW). Just saying that NORMAL doesn't exist If someone on a date cares more about that then getting to know YOU then, well, you know what to do

Sounds like if the spasms are the only indication of your RSD then you do have it well controlled!! That is great, I hope it continues for you. |
