Default Ketamine Treatments?

Does any one know where you can get these treatments? Or is there any one on here who has had them and what your out come was? I think I wont to know about the 1 week treatment where they put you into coma and how much it costs? All the meds I am taking are now not helping me with my pain! Please let me know! Prayers and love to all. Breezy55

Hello, my name is Steve. I had Lidocaine infusions, I was not able to get ketamine, ketamine is a weird drug. In order to get Ketamine you have to have a cardiac clearance and a neuropsych evaluation. I had all the pre testing done for Ketamine and I did not pass the neuropsych evaluation. I am bipolar and that is a big no no for Ketamine. I had the Lidocaine and it helped me for a few weeks and then it wore off. I am seeing my doctor on May 8th and I have to talk to him about another treatment.
I do have to let you know, if you are on medicare which I am, I was just informed that they are no longer covering Lidocaine and Ketamine.
Ketamine also has a bad side effect to it. People who have Ketamine have hallucinations while they are getting infusion and some people just go bonkers.
I go to Drexel Hospital in Philadelphia PA.
It took me 20 years of seeing doctors until they diagnosed RSD.
I have a lot of leg pain and can not walk or stand for a long time. I have to walk with forearm crutches.
I hope this helped and if you would like to continue to talk please do not hesitate to contact me.
Steve

If you've already scoured the web for possible clinics in WI and MN, then look to Chicago. There were three clinics there albeit some years ago.

Good luck.
