I did buy a blood pressure monitor today. I got it home and waited a few minutes then took my blood pressure . It was 151 over 96 and my pulse was like 86. This is high for me. My normal pressure was around 120 over 72 or close to it.
Gosh Ali, you have given me new stuff to check into as I do get headaches. I have never heard of this though.
I wish I could turn back time and walk way around the broken asphalt at work down to the lower bus lot so I wouldn't fall. Wishful thinking. It would have happened elsewhere probably. Ive had it. I want normal back.

Be patient we all been there,is a lot to process ,hope you find some relief soon, relax, rest, less stress will help, you might thing that is easy to say ,I was like you at the beginning, almost three years now,I wished so many times not to walk the stairs on my job but happens, the best I can do is try to cope with the daily pain and try to do my best ,is hard but you will find a balance point sooner or later, here I found it,the emotional part got much better here, with many people who never judge you at all,so be more patient everything will change and you will learn to deal little by little with this condition, blessings and also best wishes from Jesika , I hope my gentle hug doesn't hurt you at all.

My blood pressure has increased a lot since my surgery! Every time I go to the dr they comment on it so I'm always WAITING for the commentary as if it's a crime for it to be up. I keep saying, if you were in chronic pain, never sleep, and your whole life is falling to pieces....wouldn't your blood pressure be up? To me the pain and stress seems completely logical to go hand in hand with rsd

I think its important that if it is elevated for an extended period you not only monitor at home, but get put on some medication to improve it. I know I hate having to add yet another medication, but it being elevated on a regular basis is dangerous.
