Default Neural Therapy-Crown of Thorns treatment

Hi,
I am trying to find a qualified doctor in the scotland (or england) areas who will carry out the "crown of thorns" treatment for my wife who suffers from RSD and Fibromyalgia. She has had the treatment using Lynocaine aneasthetic injections to her head and feet for the past 7 years with great results and has avoided her becoming a "zombie" on drugs eg Gapapentin and Trazadone. This treatment was given by a qualified homeopathic doctor at the Homeopathic Hospital in Glasgow but now our council have withdrawn funding to that hospital. We will even pay for the treatment as it is that important for my wife.
Can anyone advise where she can get this treatment by a qualified doctor either through NHS or private.
Thankyou
Ken McDowall
