Default Neural Therapy-Crown of Thorns treatment

Hi,
I am trying to find a qualified doctor in the scotland (or england) areas who will carry out the "crown of thorns" treatment for my wife who suffers from RSD and Fibromyalgia. She has had the treatment using Lynocaine aneasthetic injections to her head and feet for the past 7 years with great results and has avoided her becoming a "zombie" on drugs eg Gapapentin and Trazadone. This treatment was given by a qualified homeopathic doctor at the Homeopathic Hospital in Glasgow but now our council have withdrawn funding to that hospital. We will even pay for the treatment as it is that important for my wife.
Can anyone advise where she can get this treatment by a qualified doctor either through NHS or private.
Thankyou
Ken McDowall

I don't know of anyone to refer you too, but maybe you could check online to see what's out there. I'm sorry your wife has rsd and fibromyalgia. I have had rsd for over three years and fibromyalgia for over a year. My pm dr said they see alot of people who have rsd eventually get fibro. They don't know why though. I will pray that you can find some help for your wife. With love, Renee.

Hi Ken, I'm in USA and can't offer you any info, but I wish you all the best. Your wife is fortunate that you are pro-active on her behalf. Well done! I'm not familiar with this therapy. Are you willing to explain it for us? thanks, Lottie

The treatment involves approx. 20 injections of Lynocaine around the top of the scalp. It is actually a common treatment for people with multiple schlerosis and is apparently readily available in Germany.
