Default Rsd/crps hitting me hard

RSD/CRPS is getting and hitting me so hard ,nothing can be able to describe the awful felling, body aching, burning,no relief at all,no scs works for now,no meds, nothing.this is my relief, can anyone imagine, crying as a relief,no,I don't think so.just me,just in my head, you are right, only in my head, get real people, outsiders don't know what pain is not even what is the meaning.
I hated when people, asked what I have because I look ok to them ,like Renee once said ,yahh, and you don't look stupid to me. Yap then right ,no one but us know what pain means ,I'm in pain,if you listened to those words, come on,don't reply with that dome question: are you sick, you look ok to me...don't you find that kind of annoyed, what else than that people want to heard ,sorry I'm in a bad day, many already, sorry don't want to be mean,I'm only want to feel ok,I'm sure none of you will asks me that stupid question or do an annoying comment ,that's why I'm here, crying but feeling some relief,I'm safe here, with friends, nothing else matter now

Oh eevo61, sometimes it helps to give in to the tears and that horrible feeling of hopelessness...gets all the bitterness out for a while. We do understand how awful it can be, and I'm so sorry you're suffering so much right now with nohting working on the pain...

Just hang in there. Are you seeing your doc soon? They need to know how bad it is right now and they need to do something to help you. You have that right.

It won't be like this always eevo, believe that and get through this time as best you can. You're a fighter, you'll be back

I'll be hoping that you find some relief very soon. Tears are fine, do what you have to... Have a treat of some kind, anything that gives you comfort for a moment...chocolate is always good... Also try anything cripsy that might help - a warm bath with epsoms? A gentle self-massage? Nice music and controlled breathing? Sometimes they help my pain more than any med...

Hang on girl, this too will pass...

Bram

Default Thanks

Bram,is really rough some days ,I know the routine but this time is much worst ,happens and I'm able to handled ,now I don't know why nothing work, might be stress or I'm really tired or both.
I will get over, thanks,i do appreciate you kind words,is really comforting, and yes i cried when I felt that nothing is under control, today and days in the past has not been under control,I couldn't sleep non even a minute .
I will contact my pm dr after nine a.m. And see what he recommended, meanwhile I just trying to cope the best I can and relax.
I used to listen tibetan singing bowls, pure meditation soft waves but this time cero positive effect, well we all have days like this,I have to get over and start again, but is hard to get use to it,how can we get use to feel of pain, non sense,is hard when dr said they can no longer do anything but keep giving you or offering higher pain killers, just to mask the pain, that pain is still there, but made no different now.
thanks and I see you around soon,I will eat some gelato for sure later on and continue with my crochet projects, might help, thanks again,I wil do my best, best wishes and hope your doing much better than me,your friend Jesika.

I will definitely try it,like you see,I'm in a rough patch for couple days, never that bad before, wondering what was the trigger this time, anxiety and stress is the only answer I can get.
Well,I know we don't always had good days,I had my own few bad days ,but no this bad, still surprise me how my body reacted so bad, thanks for taking the time,I wil try to get into the focus training more deeper.
I was doing meditation for a while to sleep and relaxing, one of my friends is from Vietnam and practice meditation with the monks around his area,he got me in to,and works but no for this kind of deeper pain. I tried everything with no luck ,waiting to see if I can see my pm dr,but I will practice focusing training first while a waiting for the nurse to call me,is hard you already know.
my scs battery pocket area also gave me such of pain, hot around the area,my back, everything is on fire, funny,is so fresh in the mornings and so hot after couple hours, feel like I will melt down soon,I'm burning ,for real,my hand palms hurt just if my own finger rose then, gosh, worst flare ups ever for me until today, hope soon ended and move on,I'm tired.
Thanks again and I will follow instructions to see how can I improve focus the attention in other stuff, pain won't have to be priority in my life or any life.best wishes Kevcar ,fom Jesika
Ps I wish I can actually get the book, will check amazon or Barnes and noble here in u.s.a ,maybe is here, also helps to fall asleep faster ,nice, thanks.
