Default Post edit time increased - 24 HOURS

From Community & Forum Feedback - http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/sh...ad.php?t=20534

Edit Time Increased
As per the previous discussion on edit time, we've given it a few months and based upon member feedback, decided to increase it from the current 12-hour edit window to a 24-hour edit window.

We hope this new, increased time satifies most members' needs.

Best,
DocJohn

I suppose there must be some good reason for time limits, but I just hate it when I go back to a post three days later and see a mistake or something I could have worded better.

All things considered, not being able to edit at will isn't going to destroy my life; it's just an inconvenience; like seeing ***** instead of the word I wrote. But I figure the message arrives pretty much intact and people can count the asterisks and usually figure out the word that's hiding behind the *****s.

This is the best forum I've found in 12+ years of RSD and well worth a few slightly annoying inconveniences. We all owe DocJohn, the mods and ourselves a round of applause for making this such a splendid place...Vic
