Is not being an easy ride Phaedra , my road has still many bumpy spots and when I walk ,I know I walk secure holding your hands and you backing me up in every step . Be here is a bless, no matter if I'm sick or ill, but is a bless, everyone of you who had touched my life are blessings, I learned so much of you and will continue offering the best like you do to me.
I'm glad and honor to know you and so many more wonderful persons who became my persons, who I trust and who I'm giving many thanks for such of nice words and gestures of kind and loving care, I never knew I was part of your life's like the way you make me feel, you all tears me up for sure , I was lately so consume in my pain and struggles and for a moment left the group ,my family here, but I returned often to know about you and making sure you are doing better than me, please do the best to be better than me, I'm getting use to rsd changes but it takes so much of me, I'm still who I'm when you gave me so much support and feel like family, we are family, brothers and sister sharing same pain and having same hope, we all want the best for each other and sure I know you want the best for me ,thanks.

If you do decide to settle with WC, you should insist your attorney have Medicare approve the medical set aside amount if there is any chance that you'll need to apply for SSDI.

If you do are approved for SSDI, Medicare will cover any issues that you are unable to have included in your WC claim--and Medicare is vastly easier to deal with than WC. You would just need to budget for part B, part D and perhaps a supplement--or qualify for Medi-CAL.

I'm working on that ,I almost got those details out due to my lawyer office error which I was angry and furious about is and had a day on hell that specific day , i won't settle without any further medical care for life and a new IME review to my rsd condition that was left aside , that's was is more my concerning , I had and injury that required surgery that won't happens due to rsd and also rsd out,no way ,that will never happens. Thanks so much I did not know about Medicare part b,d or even medical , happens I'm not even 40 yet so it will depends on the disability scale the IME will determine from rsd and also my affected leg with the injury !but I will have a meeting soon again and sure will add that to my many questions I still have.
Lit Love I truly appreciate your I put and Indeed I will ask ,blessings and gentle hugs ,with love Jesika .
