I have red dots on my heel and leg both legs. I even have multiples of them on my body. My Question Could it be on my body because my CRPS is now full body or does this just happen. I know it has spread to my hand right side from right leg. Just cant get the doctor to acknowledge. I am working on a second opinion with my GP not related to workers comp. It is the workers comp doctors that don't want to acknowledge anything. That's a whole other issue. Any insight is appreciated.

Lottie's questions have so much sense,can be diferent kind of dots, one that looks like allergy and are painful, and also the other kind just red little dots everywhere .
Well ,in my case I deal with both , the ones that hurts normally appears during my period before,during and after, hurts like hell when my clothes roses them.
The other kind are just red little dots, no pain more like born marks instead of being brown are red,I asked my dr and none of them see a reason for any at all,and didn't related to rsd according to them but, I'm sure they are, happens after rsd and every month ,if we remember rsd is a neurological conditions that for sure can created some reactions in those over active nerves, my rsd seems to be in my whole body not only foot and ankle as before.
I was instructed to take Benadryl for allergy and continue with gaboentin and my regular meds, also some medications can affect the skin with the sun exposure ,I'm sure we need to review those prescription slip we normally get every month to see if any drugs causes any kind of allergies to Sun or by itself.

I have red dots where I have RSD. I've had them since I was diagnosed. They don't really itch or hurt (other than RSD hurt). They do get brighter when I'm in a flare or if I'm more swollen than normal.

Raised red dots are called cherry angiomas. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cherry_hemangioma
Wikipedia won't tell you this but they're the manifestation of the body's defense efforts against overexposure to chemicals, specifically bromide.

As far as the RSD area related red dots - I never had these but suspect they would have to do with hypoxia/capillaries.

Ok to answer your questions Lottie. I have one dot that was red and now is a brown looking yucky thing. I have some that are just red dots nothing strange. The yucky one kinda hurts the other ones don't really hurt but I think they may itch, from time to time I find my self scratching didn't really pay attention at first. I will pay closer attention. Yes I do bruise very easily now and a bruise is long long long in going away. I have had one bruise now for 3 weeks shows no sign in leaving anytime soon. I think its new address is just below the bend of my knee on the back of my leg.
