Default Really bad fall!!!!!

Well in one fall over the weekend I managed to hurt every bad part of my body!! Only I could accomplish this! Arggggg!!! I thought I was on even ground when I wasn't and my left ankle(where CRPS started) hit a hole and went sideways. I fell towards the right, lost my footing and twisted my right ankle, hit my right hip then landend hard on my very injured right wrist! I can barely walk and when I do it is so horrible I want to scream! I only do it cuz I'm a single mom and I have to. I haven't told anyone cuz I'm afraid of the comments they will say to me. I know I shouldn't but I want to put ice on my ankles so bad. I just can't take this pain anymore!!!!!!!

Go to a doctor and get that ankle and hip checked out!! What if you have a fracture? You shouldn't be trying to walk on it.

Hi

Soft hugs, so sorry for your pain. I did not get a chance to read any replies, sorry. Do you have a pain management doc you could see and help get you through the rough patch? Do you have any lidocaine patches or anything that helps take the sting out so to speak?

You may want to beef up on your vitamin C right away, just for prevention and healing.

Soft, kind hugs

Oh no! I'm so sorry.

I actually fell down a flight of stairs on Monday night. I TOTALLY understand the hurting everywhere! What's worse is last week my Rheumatologist told me to avoid stairs ( I have something going on with my knee now and the knee cap us sliding out of place).

My sister asked if I needed to go to the doctor and get some X-ray's done. I said well see in a couple days. Some times I think it is hard to gauge pain, swelling, etc. When I am on so much medication already.

Hope you are feeling better.
