Default Double Whammy...

I been up since 4:30 this morning in awful pain. The dull ache bone pain in my left arm and hand and both feet from the knees down. I'm not complaining but venting so except my apology.
Mother Nature is dealing me a double whammy today. high barometric pressure along with high humidity. OUCH!
Going for another CT Monday to see how the brain shrinking's going...

I hope you feel better soon Russ. I know it's hard but try to stay as calm as you can and get plenty of rest. Take good care of yourself. You deserve it. I hope the weather gets better for you too and the humidity goes away soon.

Just like that darn unpredictable weather to come along and spoil things. I know it wasn't great before the weather started changing where you are at. Just saying I hate it when that happens and cause your flare to e more severe. Hope you feel better soon and the front moves on.

Hang in there Russell. Our weather has been brutal too this week. Temps in the 90' s with high humidity, thunder and lightening storms. Lost power AND AIR CONDITIONING Tuesday night when a bad storm blew through. Took 26 hours for service to be restored. I went for a massage , that helped my pain some. Hope the flare eases up for you soon. ~Lottie
