its a beautiful day today because ...

i decided AGAIN to pull myself back together and live my life more for me despite the pain

and some of my grandsons came over and were in the pool and had a blast

and it was warm and sunny and we had a cookout

and i got an e-mail from an rsd friend i had not heard from in a while

and i am enjoying sue k who just joined and has a history like mine and that feels good

and i am okay ... at least for today

It's a beautiful day today because a Woodland butterfly suddenly appeared sitting on the top of my laptop screen. I gently took it out to the trees.

I love this. It's beautiful today because, I played with my dogs on the living room floor and it didn"t hurt. Because seeing these threads has made me smile....ALOT.
