Just wanted to welcome and I'm so sorry for what you're going through.

Two weeks ago I fractured my calcaneus (heel) and probably tore a tendon or ligament to boot, it's the most painful thing.

Dr told me actually sprains have more pain than breaks so I so feel for you.

The top of my foot is numb and big toe but so painful at the same time, crazy.

Sorry your dealing with so much and dr can be many times so idiots and recommended you the wrong thing s and get worse .
Best thing i learned is get education the most you can about rsd and know and understand 100% what you are dealing with so when you have questions your dr won't give you a dome answer .
