You need to check wit your dr ,I ended having IBS and got so much stomach issues and pain, got gallbladder removal and was sure things get better but didn't ,I got worse stomach pain plus I have an spinal cord stimulator battery in my abdomen that aggravate the problem ,check my family dr and was after some test and ct scan diagnose with IBS ,adding more med but feel more better to know what's wrong, took me a while, to see the dr but I did and happy I did ,he gave me some meds free Amitiza and it works well ,you need to see a dr and make sure what's wrong ,tramadol due cause constipations but maybe is something else ,double check just in case ,good luck and take care Jesika .
