Default Can RSD cause avascular nacrosis

I have had rsd for 11 years, seven years of it full body. Now my bones in my feet are dieing with lack blood flow to my feet them being cold all time. can the decreased blood flow could it cause AVN where I am loosing blood flow to the bones so is it possible that it is what caused it. The doctors have no idea why my feet are dieing I just wonder if RSD could be the cause. Has anyone else have problems with lack of blood flow to the bones.
