Default My New Years Resolution

To continue to fight as hard as I can and in every way I can for RSD sufferers, the diagnosed and the un/misdiagnosed, for those who are fighting to raise awareness and those who have joined my fight, for those who have thanked me and those who just sit back and let others fight for them, for the jealous *** who have attacked me for what I have done and what I am trying to do, because only by finding a cure will we know if *** is a secondary symptom affecting some sufferers or whether these people are natural born***. Together this year we will make major steps forward in raising awareness and ensuring every medical professional throughout the world knows what RSD/CRPS is

This is Nannythree14 and I am a new member as of today, so please excuse my ignorance on how to navigate around.

I have had RSD for 12 years now, and suffer 24/7. When doctors or nurses ask me what my pain level is on a scale of 0 - 10, I tell them that they can't count that high.

But you are definitely right; you can't give up. There are too many people out there suffering and don't even know why, and doctors who want to tell you that "you are a medical mystery". I get that one alot. God Bless and Good Luck!

Kesvcar you are truly appreciate and i personally had learn so Much ,I read all the time ,all your hard works is been notice for many of us ,thank you .
For me ,my new goal is going back to basics ,a simple life and enjoy creating my new diet ,free of every thing toxic , i was also diagnose celiac ,gluten intolerance ,IBS ,now with chronic allergies due to the over active sympathetic nerve system and we know already how rsd controls so much of our Immune system, also related to rsd
The new specialist will try to find out why my immune system attacked like it did days ago and still going on with no specific treatment .prednisone gave me some relief after many injection a high dosage but I need to know my triggers and how to protect me from now on
Learning something new each day ,I can't eat ,go out or if air hit me allergy gets worse or even do something that can alter my histamines levels ,never knew what it was and days ago my life changed so drastically, new year will be a new beginning and learn more to defeat what rsd is attacking us with.
I will like I said try to go back to those old days were you heal yourself setting your mind ,brain is powerful . Practicing breathing techniques, keep the light yoga that I can do ,insight meditation and most important, pay attention to the most minimal changes iof your body ,listen !!! Our bodies are talking to us .
Jesika .

Although I have a lot of pain, I'm currently not battling RSD, but my daughter is. I read a great article on living with pain, and am encouraged to attack the pain on more fronts now, like diet and stretching, plus keep researching. Thank goodness for the internet, especially for those of us that are homebound a lot!!!
