Welcome J!
I am glad you made your way here. It can be very challenging to deal with the circumstance of being homebound and mobility impaired. I spent many many months unable to get out due to surgeries and found out just how important my environment really was. Small obstacles could seem monumental and likewise the simplest of things could have a positive impact. It sounds silly but an orchid from the grocery store and an extra bird feeder made a difference psychologically at least for me. I hope the forum offers you a place of belonging so that you do not feel so isolated in what you are going through. You are not alone! Reach out when you need... Sending Healing Love Littlepaw |
