Default heart rate high and pounding with severe headache

Ok so last week I was in the hospital for a Lidocaine Infusion. I was released Sunday. New symptoms started because my stepson caused major stress while I was hospitalized and I had to call the cops on him, we're talk MAJOR stress...of course. Well my chest, insode, felt like there was a burning ball dead center, hurt to brea the deeply as it made my chest feel really tight and my heart was POUNDING,and my at rest rate was in the high 90's consistently..... thanks kid
they did an EKG ablnd xrayed all normal. My doctor told me that she believed it was just a new presentation of symptoms. Plus the Lidocaine would have made my heart rate higher too.

Now my heart is pounding again but that's not all. I'm not on lidocaine any more. My heart rate at rest is 104, I have a sharp headache on the left side only and my chest is aching
...BAD. I'm worried. Should I be? Or does anyone else get these symptoms?
