Default One of you!

Hi, my name is Becky. Well, that is my nickname anyway, the one my friends call me by so, I will be using it here! It was so hard for me to register! I know I am not alone with the double vision problems I have because of my RSD. I have a really hard time with contrasting colors and such and it took me three tries to get something I could even see! My Granddaughter even tried to help me on the second one and it was still wrong! Anyway, I was diagnosed with RSDemon in 2001. I think I had it much longer than that. The first time I can think of was when I had a CAT scan with contrast for an injury to my right arm. It overreacted and I remember the Doc mentioning something about Shoulder/ Hand condition. Then, from that point on, things just snowballed out of control! First, in the same arm, a mammogram that detected a breast lump in my left breast also found a very swollen lymph node in my right armpit! They removed the breast lump with lumpectomy and removed all the Lymph nodes on my right side. They were tangled in my nerve bundle. Oh, before that, my Gallbladder went kaput for no reason. I had mass severe Cholecystitis, no stones. My breast surgery was all benign but, it turned my entire breast BLACK! Then I injured my knee in 2001 and that is when my diagnosis came. I have had so many things go wrong since then! I even had my intestines taken out and cut all up and redone and wrapped in some kind of surgical plastic! I had to have two ribs removed on each side because they swelled so fast and big, they couldn't get them back in! I feel as if my skin hurts all the time and light and loud noise, stimulation all of it! Anyway, I am so glad to be able to have somewhere to come and share my story. Sometimes after a seizure or a particularly nasty infection, even I can't believe I have gone through what I have and am still alive! There is so much more that has happened from dental issues, sweating, heart stuff, on and on! It has spread throughout my entire body and I fear now, to my brain even! I have done a lot of research again these last few days and one thing is clear to me. I think the medical society is FINALLY catching up with what we have known for years! It can and does spread everywhere in the body and cause a host of other medical problems! Thank you for listening to me. I am glad I found you!
