Default At a lose..... HELP!!!!

Good evening all,
I had to have a follow-up with the pain clinic due to the new meds not helping with my pain very much, but they started me on a low dose so figured this would happen. Anyway they thought that 15mg of MS-CONTIN was going to last me 24 hrs. Ha! Yea right. I take it at 8pm due to having to be able to take care of my 20 month old during the day. it would take the edge of slightly and of course make me sleepy but by 9 am I'm right back to severe pain and by 1-3pm am in tears I'm hurting so bad. So after I tell them this they bump it up to 30mg of MS-CONTIN at night and wrote for 15 5mg/325mg hydrocodone that I am supposed to take for pain during the day and that 15 pills is supposed to last a month. OMG WTH obviously these people don't know what they are dealing with and I am requesting transfer of my case to specialists at UNC Chapel Hill.

In the meantime I was written to be on forearm crutches for mobility and stability. Get ready for another monkey wrench. I have to have so called bariatric forearm crutches because I exceed the standard weight limits by a few pounds. again I say OMG! Not one of the medical supply places within an hour and a halfs drive from me has them or can get them. WHAT!? Yea now what do I do? They are completely covered by my insurance if a place can get them, otherwise they are $160-$260 a pair. I have no income right now. Disability is in the works but it's a slow process. I have been looking at second hand places with no luck. Any suggestions?
