Default crap did it again

So I was cutting up some meat for the pot; and I guess I wanted to give more and I nicked my thumb.....a bit deeper than before; took more time for it to stop bleeding and now I can't bend it...my other fingers are starting to feel tight;
Since its a second time I'm going to say having CRPS and injury to skin causes a flare of some sort....
I would offer dinner but I dont think any would like thumb fajita .....

If you have Lidocaine patches in, get one on right away. If you break through pain meds, it's time to use them before things get worse.

Thank God you just nicked your thumb, I was afraid you broke something.
Silly Rabbit - What are we gonna do with you? Throw you in the pot I guess. Take some Vit C too.

Thanks, I don't have patches...no broken bone...although a lot of bone pain this week...
Still can't bend thumb but elevation did help with this kind of injury...
All keep up the fight friends.....

I agree with the vitamin C recommendation. 500 mg daily is my dosage and for situations like this, I'd be thinking at least 1000 mg.

even the slightest trauma can cause a permanent spread I stumbled on the stairs 2am 19th Feb right foot slipped off and landed on the step below before that both legs were almost identical, although it's stopped spreading now it will never go back this picture was taken 7 weeks after and it's worse than that now [IMG][/IMG]
