Default Phoenix, AZ area RSD Doctors

I live in Gilbert/Chandler area of AZ and am looking for a doctor that is both familiar with surgical related neuropathy and RSD to determine which I may have following foot surgery in Dec 2013. Any recommendations would be helpful, so far I have several conflicting diagnosis and want something confirmed before I would elect to get staple out to see if that relieves my symptoms.
