Default tooth extracted

I have a broken tooth. An oral surgeon is gonna to put me under tomorrow to extract a molar. Any thoughts?

Poo. extractions are no fun but hopefully you will feel better once that is out and healed. Up your antioxidants, Vit C, etc. They make lidocaine oral sprays and such you dentist might be able to write for. If you have PM may be worth letting them know in case you need anything.

Thx, ,Littlepaw. No pm since I'm allergic to oral pain meds and nerve blocks unsuccessful. I use naturally remedies as much as possible. Thx for the love and prayers.

Do most get put under for this or just have lidocaine?

I think it probably depends on each patient and tooth. Molars, especially broken ones, can be stubborn. Extractions can be done either way but if the tooth is going to be difficult to get out being asleep or is easier on the patient.
