Default Hbot therapy useful? Side effects?

I'm considering hbot therapy but worried about side effects and whether it's actuallly helpful. At $300 a session and a minimum of 20 sessions recommended it's not an easy thing to try. What have been your experiences?

I did 40 sessions at the first of the year. It completely reversed a spread of CRPS to my left foot that was starting exactly the same as the right foot. It made me less dizzy and clearer headed. It did a lot of good for me in other areas like joint pain. It helped my migraines. It did not do much for pain or swelling in the original affected areas. I was pretty surprised it didn't really help the swelling in my right lower quadrant. It significantly decreased the burning pain I was having in areas that were not originally affected. I think it's helped some people more than others. But no bad side effects at all.

Default

It cleared up spread to one of my legs that been getting progressively worse for going on about a year.

It also reduced the swelling in my original site, my dominant arm, but it didn't last.

My HBOT center used to run specials in the summer. $300 a session seems high, but it's been a while since I had treatment. At the time it was $150 for a shared session or $200 in an individual unit.

I had zero side effects.

I received the best results from deeper dives. It's best to use a center with a specific CRPS protocol in place.
