Enjoy your ritual. As a huge fan of well crafted latte myself I understand! I went to half caffeine, half de-caf before cutting it to straight de-caf for about a year. I have been sneaking in a little caffeine again these days, but very very light.

The problem is with it being a vasoconstrictor and CRPS generally having impaired neurovascular response and circulation.

Eek! The tylenol I take is 2 pills at 1000 mg 120 mg caffiene 3 x a day. Hmm I was told the caffiene gave the tylenol a kick. I'm desperate for pain relief so I was like shoot gives me energy. I've been taking those at that dose for a year!

All these factors. I have some big changes and trials to make! Maybe it's no wonder I am so flared!
